PAYMENTS

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
Yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
If you would like to pay by any other means, please contact us at sandy@tempolifestyles.com to discuss your options.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within Australia

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We include shipping costs in every sale, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs popping up at checkout!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to deliver your items in the best possible timeframe. Each item is individually made to order, at various locations internationally, so please be patient while we fulfill your order. Once your order is received your product will be printed for you, and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday). 

Shipping may take up to 21 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with the details of your order.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, manufacturing, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
• Shipping time:  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation.

To check on the status of your order, please contact sandy@tempolifestyles.com or call us on +61 488 030 910 and we will personally give you an update on expected delivery time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If at any time you would like to track the progress of your order, you may contact us at sandy@tempolifestyles.com

*Tempo Lifestyles cannot be responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs, which may be a few days to a few weeks.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS TAXES, IMPORT DUTY OR VAT?
Orders into Australia do not incur any import tax. GST is included in each product price.

PACKAGING
We love the planet and are committed to minimizing packaging to reduce our environmental impact. Your tees will be shipped in simple but sturdy poly satchels to keep your purchase as safe as possible.

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCT - WHAT DO I DO?
We want you to love your Tempo product, so if for any reason you are not happy with it when it arrives, we’d really love you to tell us. We will aim to address any issue you have with it.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT - WHAT DO I DO?
Although we do everything we can to ensure this never happens, things can sometimes go wrong. In the rare event a product is faulty, or if we’ve mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we encourage you to reach out to us.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR TEMPO PRODUCTS
Each item has specific care instructions relevant to the individual product on the page

T-Shirts
Gentle machine wash in cold water with T-Shirt turned inside out. 
Tumble dry on low, or hang dry.
Do not bleach or dry-clean. 
Iron tee inside out on low setting - do not iron print directly.
