We include shipping costs in every sale, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs popping up at checkout!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to deliver your items in the best possible timeframe. Each item is individually made to order, at various locations internationally, so please be patient while we fulfill your order. Once your order is received your product will be printed for you, and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping may take up to 21 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with the details of your order.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, manufacturing, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.
• Shipping time: After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS TAXES, IMPORT DUTY OR VAT?
Orders within Australia do not incur any import tax. GST is included in each product price.
